They refused to treat me. left me hanging for a week. Now are trying to make it look like it was my fault. unethical, rude and INCONSIDERATE work force.
RecommendedGreat place to take your kids for care but the adult side of the ED seems to be lacking a bit. The interactions I had with those who cared for me were great but then I seemed to be forgotten. Never received my tests results and have work in the morning so I had to leave. Couldn't even find a nurse to talk to before walking out.
I recently went to the facility for a bad knee injury and a very sore abdomen. I was in a lot of pain to the point of being sick in the stomach. My first encounter with a nurse trying to help was a nightmare. She was trying to take fluid out of my knee and she was sticking a big needle in my knee and not getting any fluids as a doctor stood there and watched her. They have some of the most talented Sports Medicine Physicians in Central PA. If you have a sports injury and need surgical intervention they are the surgeons to trust with your care. Top Notched!!!

Their emergency room is a nightmare ! And getting in to see a specialist is crying shame ! I have a daughter who deals with painful cluster migraines and has a damaged eye from them and had to wait a year to see someone and when she went in she never got passed the assistant to see the Doctor ! Your Hospital has changed so much ; it is like if your not a Club Member you don't get in !!!!!! What happened to your wonderful Center ???? It is all about money / not the patients !

I have not had the chance to fully thank the hospital staff, nurses and surgeons for the operation my son had to go under. I’m not sure if it was harder on him or I. But the staff made me feel at ease, gave me the comfort to put my son in someone else’s care as for I couldn’t have helped him in my own. If I ever have to come back (I never hope to) I know that I will be putting him into the best care. Also, for the wait rooms and plays room that is kid friendly.
