doctors and nurses is amazing and sweet and so caring.
I know a Friday night is busy but when you have a patient lying in the hallway and has only seen her nurse 3 times since arriving? Waiting to get a cat scan since 5:30 and I’m still waiting. I asked about an hour ago for pain medicine and I’m still in severe pain waiting.... I’m very disappointed as I lie here on a gurney in the hall freezing....especially since I asked to be moved into a room when I saw one being cleaned and was told they have none...5 minutes later they rolled someone else in still leaving me to freeze in ... read more
Amazing staff in the NICU (doctors and nurses) and the pediatric cardiology team is the best!
After 2 botched surgeries elsewhere, This hospital has my mom on the fast road to recovery!!!
Very helpful and friendly staff once you are inside the facility. usually prompt returned calls.Very difficult and confusing signage on the outside roads and drives. Difficult to see at night with poor lighting. Watch out for poorly placed signs. Confusing and frustrating. Have encountered staff that are unaware of the different locations and parking. Arrive super early so you can negotiate the parking. Call ahead to find out exactly the location of your appointment.
I need surgery and because I have no insurance and I applied for financial aid and can’t get because I’m not considered a emergency which if they were living with my pain I bet it would be different they want $54,000 up front so no surgery and letting me suffer.
the doctors and nursescare very caring and professional. ive been in all the hospitals over the years and i have never had the kindnessxand careing that i experienced at Hershey Hospital.
