My kids have been going here since birth.. they are now 14 & 8yrs old. They treat us like extended family members.
My two year old has had a fever with vomiting for the past three days now to the point we had to take her to the emergency room. I was told by the ER doctor if the fever persist take her immediately to see her doctor. As a long time patient with my 2 children I have to say I am very DISAPOINTED with the lack of customer service and compassion that front office is providing. Working in the healthcare industry means being compassionate and being able to go above and beyond to help. It is sad when your job becomes more of a PAYCHECK. With the upgrades of technology a person is easily lost in the transition of it all . So, according to your new policy if I'm late 30 mins I loose my appointment and you mark as no show. But if I'm on time I have to wait over a hour to see the doctor. Interesting!
The staff is friendly, caring, and over all great! Dr. Gabriela Schonberg is one of the most AMAZING pediatricians I have ever met. I trust her 100% to have my kids best intrest in mind and to take care of my family. This office is spaciois, clean, bright, and VERY kid friendly. Just walking in has a calming effect on my kids and I love it here!
