The worst as always. I have been looking for a doctor that handles Special needs adults. Doctors want quantity not quality. It is a shame 6 minutes with a patient after waiting an hour to be seen with an appointment.
The waiting time for after hours care is too long, the attention is bad, I don't like how the doctor treated my son!!! I never see something like this at pediatric associate!!! Sorry but is true! Parents think before go to this office after hours!!!
This morning I had an appointment at the chapel trail location for my daughter. Arrived at 10:15 for a 10:30 appt. At 11:51 the doctor finally came in....and not even the doctor I had an appointment with. This afternoon, my other daughter had to go in for an appointment, this time to the Pembroke pines office. 3:50 appointment and still waiting on the doctor. It may be time to start looking for a new physician for my 5 kids.
The doctors are great it's only one med assistant that's always at the front with blonde highlights that looks older in age that's always rude af! Besides the heavy traffic this is the only pediatric associates I will go to
We only attend this office because of Dr. Hila.... she's awesome. If she were to ever leave we would too. The front desk staff doesn't seem knowledgeable AT ALL. Even when you call in to ask a question and get this office!!!!! Ridiculous.... but great job for Dr. Hila. She takes the time to answer all questions.... love her. Been seeing her for over 6 years now
Great experience as always. Helpful and pleasant at all levels. I always feel confident that my kids will get the best care and all their concerns will be addressed.
Love the doctors and the staff. They go the extra mile to be sure all the patients are taking care ...
I've been taking my son's here for a long time. The staff is always friendly and polite. Dr. Kruger is the best, I wouldn't trade him for anyone else.
