Well , I think that the doctor has to be more friendly and nicely with the children.. I do not had good experience there!!!

The girl at the check in desk has no concern on what's going on. Waited 2 hours before being seen. I Want be going Back. Found out today 10/22 Doctor Neal gave my baby medicine that didn't work . ER. Visit
This is the worse place to take your kid! His appointment was for 8:10 and they make you wait more than an hour to assist you! Front desk has a very bad attitude, same as management! People in this place dont care about the kids only about the money when you come in the door! Is better to take your kid anywhere else than here!......its 9:20 and where still waiting!
The front desk staff in this location has to be one of the worst. Only one young lady actually responded back to us and without an attitude. Wait time is horrible. Got to my appointment 30 mins early and got seen 40 mins after my initial appointment time.
My kids have been going there for 13 years. I love Hila and Dr Kiang. They are so good with all my kids.
The best pediatric associates I have visited... staff member are always trying to help. Very friendly inside and out. Doctors are excellent as well as practkcional nurses... I had never had a priblem, I don't mind waiting on this office.
Great beautiful clean facility with wonderful friendly staff. Will recommend this place to anyone an my Dr was very helpful with answering my question an concerns.
I love Dr. Kriger! Plus they are open weekends and late hours. The staff is very friendly. It's busy, but that just shows people love it! Also, for the volume they get I am in and out fairly quickly with the kids.
