From the moment Chris, the technician, came to the door, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We felt informed because he took ample time to describe the equipment, the process for installation and explained in detail how the sump pump and backup system worked. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when the work was done. We had every confidence in his experience and great customer service. The price was exactly as quoted, no surprises. Just bought a house and after drywall remodel, the boiler furnace needed maintenance. Chris S. was sent out to us & he arrived on time, according to the appointment time. He was very professional, yet friendly. He took time to explain everything he was doing, trained us how to do our own cleaning & minor maintenance to avoid unnecessary costs in future. His charge for services were exactly as quoted. Very happy with the services!
