PDM replaced all of the individual shutoff valves at the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks, toilets, and laundry tub. They were 24 years old and most of them were leaking through we needed to shut them off. The plumber did an excellent and timely job. He was friendly, explained the steps before starting, and completed the job with no issues.
Here within 30 minutes of my phone call and repaired a leaking toilet perfectly. Professional every step of the way. Will definitely use them again if needed. **** was fantastic.

Zero stars if I could.We had a main sewer line backed up and could use any drain sources. Basement was flooded.Called to set up a service call. Spoke to Jake. He said they had an opening between 11 and 1PM, so I took it. He said a ******** would call me 30 minutes before arrival.Waited until 1245 and called back and they did not even have me scheduled. And also had me confused with someone else.
**** provided excellent service, garbage disposal was installed with no problem. **** was very personable and friendly, also he is a dog lover which puts him high on my list.
My outdoor faucets busted and I had to turn my water off. ****** came out the next morning and was SO helpful! He explained everything and did such a beautiful job. A+ from me! Im so grateful and glad I did business with them!
