**** came out and was very professional and caring about my issue. Even though I couldn't nail down exactly what was happening he did give me very sound advice on how to work the issue. He took the time to explain everything in an easy to understand manner. It was money well spent.

Excellent and speedy service!! A technician was here within 30 mins of making the call and was able to diagnose and fix my plumbing issue right away. Definitely will be utilizing this company for all my plumbing needs.
Wow! These folks are the best. Called PDM in the middle of a big storm. They told me about how long the wait would be. The wait was shorter and the technician found the problem in less than five minutes. He had to go get a part. Back promptly and hurray we had heat! Thank you ***** and PDM.
