Wow! These folks are the best. Called PDM in the middle of a big storm. They told me about how long the wait would be. The wait was shorter and the technician found the problem in less than five minutes. He had to go get a part. Back promptly and hurray we had heat! Thank you ***** and PDM. From the moment I called PDM, I knew I made the right choice. ********* who scheduled my appointment was very pleasant and got us on the schedule quickly. **** who completed the job was amazing. He was knowledgeable and got the job done quick. He explained what went wrong and how he fixed it. He also was dog friendly and was so good to our gentle giant, Zeus. I wound up needing a whole new heating and cooling system. ***** took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure I understood why I needed new equipment. PDM replaced all of the individual shutoff valves at the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks, toilets, and laundry tub. They were 24 years old and most of them were leaking through we needed to shut them off. The plumber did an excellent and timely job. He was friendly, explained the steps before starting, and completed the job with no issues.
