Excellent and speedy service!! A technician was here within 30 mins of making the call and was able to diagnose and fix my plumbing issue right away. Definitely will be utilizing this company for all my plumbing needs.
Wow! These folks are the best. Called PDM in the middle of a big storm. They told me about how long the wait would be. The wait was shorter and the technician found the problem in less than five minutes. He had to go get a part. Back promptly and hurray we had heat! Thank you ***** and PDM. Friendly, fast, and extremely helpful.
From the moment I called PDM, I knew I made the right choice. ********* who scheduled my appointment was very pleasant and got us on the schedule quickly. **** who completed the job was amazing. He was knowledgeable and got the job done quick. He explained what went wrong and how he fixed it. He also was dog friendly and was so good to our gentle giant, Zeus. We will be using PDM for all our future needs!
I wound up needing a whole new heating and cooling system. ***** took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure I understood why I needed new equipment. He doesn't talk above you, or below you. He communicates very well. I will definitely call PDM for my future needs, whether it's HVAC or plumbing.
