Pete has been my PDM plumber for years now! He has solved every one of my problems quickly and completely -every time! Plus, he is always professional and explains everything. It is so nice to have found such a reliable company and to have gotten such great service through the years!
Chris replaced my hot water heater in a record two hours, and that included running back to the shop to pickup a new one. Chris was professional and explained everything to me, and that was very helpful. When I made the appointment Christine was also very nice and made sure I was seen quickly since I had no hot water. All in all it was a very pleased with there service and the price. Thank you PDM.

Our ejector pump went out so softener water flooded large area of the basement. Called PDM. Chris came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. We also decided to replace the 14 year old sump pump. Chris ******* arrived promptly on the appointment date. He donned shoe covers, assessed the work area and started right in. He installed the two pumps in a timely fashion, cleaned up all debris, and explained how everything works clearly and understandably. We just had new multi-Split heat pumps installed in our home. This was a game changer for warmth and comfort for our home, our house is almost 100 years old made with limestone and concrete/stucco. In the past the home would always have cold rooms but with this new system this issue is in the past PDM did a great job with design and planning of this system, they were able to figure optimal locations of each split, find a way to route associated piping thru solid concrete and limestone walls. Anthony *****was my tech got both plumbing repair and furnace replacement. My first time using PDM and I was impressed. Anthony arrived on time both days and worked straight through to completion. He left the work area clean and was very respectful of property. As if that wasn’t enough, He also has a great personality and made sure I was up to par on filter dizes and replacement timing. PDM has won my business and referrals from here on.
