I have used PDM Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years now. Throughout the years they have replaced most systems in my home from AC units, Heat Exchange, Sump Pumps, Hot Water Heaters as well as provide my semi annual service check ups. PDM and technician Chris S. are our go to specialists when it comes to fixing our boiler and major plumbing needs. Our service calls (day or night) are always answered by friendly office staff. Chris is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He always calls before before the promised appointment time to give us his expected arrival. Chris goes over the work and repairs completed also answers questions. I would highly recommend PDM and Chris S. for plumbing and heating services.

PDM has been my plumber of choice for at least 6 yrs. now and their service has always been excellent. Their technicians have all been very knowledgeable and friendly and explain the problem in detail that is easy to understand. Having said that I would suggest to anyone that if PDM recommends replacing a component on either an a/c or furnace to get the name and model number of the part and immediately look the part up on the internet and see what others are charging before you commit to PDM installing it. Very impressed with the technician that came out to install a battery back up on our sump pump in our new home. While working he noticed that we had a couple of other issues brewing and informed us of them so we could head off big problems down the road. Very thankful for him.
