Great company and technician! Chris is an expert in diagnosis and repair of HVAC systems. He improved airflow and efficiency in our home recently. I would recommend him and PDM to anyone. We first became acquainted with PDM and Chris when our water heater was in need of emergency replacement. He installed a new one the next day for a fair price.

Called PDM, they sent a serviceman out within 2 hours and he was done within 1 and 1/2 hours. As he worked he explained every repair to me. Fortunately, because we had purchased our furnace and AC through PDM, they knew the history of it and the service person was able to determine it was still under warranty, covering a majority of the cost! I've always had great service techs from this company and the office staff are very friendly also.
Anthony has been to my place on 2 occasions so far. First time was to replace a leaky old toilet and he told me the differences between a couple and he was very detailed about the level of the toilet and the fitting of it with the pipes. So I was determined to have him return for the A/C condenser check and checking the hot water heater for summer. He was very patient & detailed cleaning the filthy A/C condenser after my roofers and landscapers left a couple buckets of mulch, shingles, wood and such in my A/C to suffocate on... read more
