I never received a FSA debit card. When I asked customer service, they said they'll send me one for $5. I'll just file claims each time online, ask for paper checks, and they can deal with the additional processing costs.

They sell you pay as you go on workers comp. NOT TRUE!! At the end of your year you will receive a audit form the worst insurance carrier ***** (the worst) you will be charged for the premium balance , you will think it is pay as you go. My experience with this company was horrible. Every payroll that I ran was deposited a well latefor my employees. That also charged random invoices that were for services that I never asked for or agreed to use. They tried to take me to collections for these unwarranted invoices. It took me several hours over about a week to get them to look through their records and fix the problem. Would definitely not recommend.

I would never do business with this company ever again. From high pressure sales tactics that are basically just scare tactics to extremely high fees. None of their services are worth what they want to charge they try to pretend that getting out of their services is simple and easy but of course it is not. They want to take advantage of small business owners and prey on you being naive. It has been the most difficult company to work with in my entire life I have never seen such Unprofessional people in sales.

Do not use Paychex. They do not disclose fees. They will tell you one thing then do another. They were deducting hundreds of dollars of fees they said they “communicated” but never did. We will be reporting them as fraud to our bank and to the federal trade commission. This is ridiculous. Do NOT give them access to your bank. They will take money from you without asking.

This is the WORST COMPANY I've ever worked with. The sales people are pushy yet promise they will be available with any questions or concerns. They instill fear in you if you don't sign up for certain services. When you call them back to lower your plan or with simple questions, you either get passed around from one person to the next, or you don't receive a call back. How can I reach Anyone? I've tried several phone numbers, all of which leave me on hold Last number I dialed direct office location in neighboring state & was disconnected. Paychex made an error with my w2 that I can't even understand because they didn't send me a copy.... IRS wants money for unearned income & I can't get anywhere. Those of you that have " gotten off the phone with them" maybe have a secret to share?.

Fails to process our payroll time and time again. We are finally switching. We call customer service and they are rude and don't help. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! BEWARE! Horrible customer service. No follow through. No accountability. Had to chase them monthly to execute basic tasks. Was passed from one person to the next with no regular point person available, no consistency. Frankly, a real nightmare! AVOID!
