For the quality of the work done through Paychex they charge entirely too much. I sent detailed list of payroll and it was constantly wrong, sometimes just not done at all! There was even one time that an employee was paid 174 hours of overtime when it was supposed to be 17 hours! Customer Service always acted like it was no big deal and an easy fix. 1/2 Star!! Horrible. I have been a Paychex client/ customer for 15 years. My C**. email was hacked and they changed my Direct Deposit routing number. Paychex allows this change through a simple email form. Doc was forged. Several deposits cost me over $10K before I could stop it. There security / verification policy is inadequate and unprofessional. A simple phone call to the account holder (ME) would have stopped the deposits. Paychex is not a very friendly company they want to not produce our company W2's which I am pretty sure you can not do being a payroll and tax provider. No idea what the issue with this company is or why they are so difficult but please do not sign up with this company as your provider for any type of payroll services.
I think ********* *******"A Paychex Company" and Paychex should stop leading people to believe that they actually have an office in Baton Rouge. Sure call that number they advertise on their Baton Rouge office for Paychex and you'll first be routed to "Florida" but most likely end up with the **********Paychex company in Maine.
