Both my mom and sisters got they Toyota’s here. My mom got her red 2011 Toyota Venza at end of August of 2011. And my sister got her Blue 2015 Toyota RAV4 XLE in October of 2015. Both times the sales mans and service was great. Everyone is very helpful there. And the service department is also very nice and very helpful. So if you need to get a new or used Toyota or just have your Toyota’s serviced. Then please come to his dealer then. Because you love it here.
Called to ask how much car touch-up paint was and the lady told me that it was free over the phone. I went out of my way to pick some up and was practically ignored at the parts counter. After five minutes of being ignored, I asked for some help. The guy rudely barked "just a minute. I am helping a customer." After waiting for three minutes, the guy charges me $12 for the paint. I mentioned what the lady told me over the phone. The guy basically said she was new and was wrong about the paint. I hope the $12 was worth losing ... read more
Maybe by helping out a senior citizen and putting on her license plate for her and not charging her $129.00. That's disgusting.
They made buying a,car seamless and painless. Very courteous and friendly.
