Drove three hours round trip for a used car that was advertised as a certified used vehicle. Get there and then am immediately told it will not be certified because of a dent on the fender. Seems odd, but after looking at it the whole car was wrecked and poorly put back together. It doesn't show on the carfax but anyone could tell that it was wrecked with the bumper falling off and all the cheap chinese aftermarket parts holding it together. I've been coming here for years. I get all of my oil changes here. I will not be coming back again because of a stripped thread on the oil pan that they are charging me $110 to repair - for a $12 part.

I’m in the market for a good used van. A salesman was watching for one for me and contacted me when one came in.
