They scratch and dented my brand new RAV4 while being serviced for its 6 month check yesterday. They won't take the blame for it and told my husband that I must have hit something and didn't tell him. I'm still waiting for the phone call saying you "watched" the video footage. Terrible customer service.

We had a great experience buying a pre-owned (certified) Highlander Limited at Pauly Toyota in March 2014. This is the first Toyota we purchased, and Jeff M. (Sales Rep) sold us on the Highlander by demonstrating the SUV’s features. (We initially went to this dealer to view a different model.) We had a couple of minor wrinkles to work out and Craig D.
