I purchased 2 vehicles in 2024 from Peruzzi Toyota. During the sales process they made sure I knew about free inspections by service teams. There was no small print to read and I had to pay $76 plus 3% credit card fee and state taxes for a technician to run a wire up a tailpipe to get an emissions test in order to get the inspection done. Peruzzi failed to mention that part during the sales BS. On 2/20/2025 I took my 2019 Tacoma in for service and diagnostics. I was informed by Service Advisor Leo Redding that rodents had chewed through the wires to the rear ABS Sensors. This was confirmed by the video sent to me by the Service Tech. I was informed by Mr. Redding that the wires were not repairable. This was also confirmed by the written diagnostic report which stated “...found chewed wires on harness side not speed sensor side . We purchased a pre-owned car yesterday from Don McGill Toyota on Katy Frwy. We were greeted by Adolfo Carreon. He saw us through the entire process, no pressure and extremely professional and smooth. This place used to be up the par now they rip you off they don't give you the free priorities for life that you were guaranteed when you bought your vehicle nothing like it used to be that's for sure!
Majeb (sorry if spelled wrong) and team were amazing! True professionals that knew everything about their inventory! They answered all of my questions and were both pleasant and respectful. Although I didn't purchase the 4Runner this time, I will be returning when I look for my next car! Keep up the great work!
They advertise a low price on their cars , but when you get there , they say the $3K extended warranty is mandatory to get that price, False advertising.
