Sold my son a car with a bad brake line. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM!!!!! You would think they would make sure the car was at least not dangerous to drive off the lot. They pretty much said "too bad".
We just purchased our 3rd car from Pauly. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Our sales person was awesome and gave us a great price on our 2016 Highlander. We love Pauly.
My husband is still waiting for floor mats, and a few other things from these people. What is really surprising is that his family buys cars from these people every year. You'd think they want to make another member happy.
I'm not one of those "want everything for no cost" customers. Love this dealership!
*BEWARE* My wife went in there for an oil change. They rotated tires that were just replaced (2 months old) and charged her for it as well as replaced an air filter (that I personally replaced not too long ago) without consulting her first, again with a charge. They didn't ask her if she wanted it done, they just did the work and expected her to pay for it. They ignored her questions about the work. They take advantage of women customers. Service advisor 192.
So far they have been very good I forget to make a appointment be I am usually out in a hour!
