I am so disappointed in Pauly Toyota. I found a defect in my leather steering wheel a month after getting the new car and due to time, I reported it a few months after. This was all within the first year of the new car. The small slash marks are obviously a defect but Pauly Toyota stated I caused the damage and would not honor the warranty. I stopped to look at a certified used Nissan and when the sales guy brought the car up I got in and the door handle was broken. I couldn't even exit the vehicle without rolling down the window and using the outside handle to get out. How do you sell a vehicle still under warranty with a broken door handle. Makes you wonder what certified means. It appears they only want to sell something and put little effort into checking what they are selling.
