I've shied away from other dealerships in the past, but I will be back @ Pauly Toyota! Very clean, very organized, no high pressure, free car wash after car has received repair, free coffee, free fruit, free snacks, courteous treatment that goes above and beyond.
My salesman Robert Langenberg was very helpful with me in finding a car for my needs. His work ethics was very professional and left me feeling good about my purchase. I would highly recommend him to my friends who might be looking for a automobile.

Just stopped in to service as I was passing by and my tire sensors kept going off. The weather is about to turn and I drive two small children around, so I can’t risk anything. The service advisor was less than helpful and was more interested in his cell phone. It wasn’t until another employee overheard him dismissing me and vaguely answering my questions that he interrupted. very nice customer service In the service dept. and parts dept.
Did not return my calls after I called three times, they did not fix my car after I refused to pay $100 because of a 30 day warranty which had passed because they did not contact me back. Both Tim and Russ were extremely unhelpful and rude and did not seem to care about me or my car. My car is still in need of repair and I have driven three times to this location and have wasted so much time, energy, gas, and money here. Very displeased with the service here.
Very Courteous, we got in there and out within two hours they made easy for us and got us what we wanted. will be going back in the future to get a truck
I purchased a rav4 last night, and my salesman was Gus. He was absolutely amazing, a good personality, and sense of humor. Everyone else that I saw to finish signing everything was also amazing! For it being so late, they still had the best personalities and sense of humor. I’m so glad my mom and brother recommended for my next vehicle to be Toyota!
