I had no choice but to stop here as I had a flat i found while i was at walmart(They weren't open due to covid but had a tire for $40. Toyota said they wouldn't allow it) no more than 36 hours later the tire(that they made me buy here) is flat twice. $156!! and $118 was parts!! if I had any choice during that time of going somewhere else I would've. this place is an overpriced joke! DON'T GO HERE!!
Would give no stars if I could. My mother in law made an appointment to test drive a Rav-4. They did not have the appointment in the books which was fine, but when we arrived they repeated over and over that we did not have an appointment, instead of saying "we don't have your appointment, but I can help you out, what are you interested in today?" Justin Martinez has been our family Service Expert for +16 years. We want to be sure anyone reading this knows how knowledgeable & trustworthy he is. My Sienna 2008 van, 337,000 miles, after 12 years of faithful mileage, had to have it’s original trans repaired. went in for my car to b looked at they told me I needed a tensioner when I said no thanks to the $300 charge that I would do it myself since it's an easy job they decided to round off and strip the bolts back on I was unable to repair my car and forced to sell it for $170 to Victory Junkyard as a direct result of this service dept
