THEY PUT THE WRONG NAME ON MY CONTRACT AND REGISTRATION. I informed Mr. Griffin that my name was wrong on the paperwork, and they said they would fix it. They fixed the name on the contract. However, I do not understand how they got to change my name on the contract without me re-signing the paperwork. Never go here for any maintenance. My son who is a teenager cane here because his car has a  recall.  My son told them about the oil change and I called them immediately that we will not do it because we will go to another place since my son  has not much money , they agree .  When we picked up the car they said they did it and I didnt know they offered him all this added chemicals / additives $50 worth !!!! they ecen have supply fee , his total oil change is $165!!!!!! totally they took advantage of him knowing he doesn't k... read more

I recently purchased a 2015 toyota tacoma from haddad toyota. I was very impressed with the profession help I received during the purchasing process.Renee was the sales person that assisted me throughout. She was extremely helpful and professional at all times. In the future when I decide to buy again I will go back to Renee for assistance.

Horrible Service Experience!!!! I emailed the General Manager (Chafik Amrani) previously but they never replied. I brought my 2024 Tacoma in for 2 recalls on 11/24/2025. The next day my girlfriend drove to Tampa. On her return trip she noticed the brakes were not responding as normal. A few minutes later a warning light came on stating "low break pressure". I strongly advise anyone considering McDonald Toyota in Greeley to look elsewhere. The customer service has been consistently unacceptable. When issues arise, there is no support. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned, and any form of follow up is nonexistent. The lack of communication alone makes the entire process far more stressful than it should ever be.
