I had a problem with my HVAC the other day, and I called Chaffee because my son had used them and was very happy with them and recommended them to me. They were here within an hour and fixed the problem and explained everything to me. The technician was very nice and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Chaffee Air was prompt and courteous. The technicians were very knowledgeable and quickly found the problems and fixed them. My compressor units are older and I would just like to keep them running for now. The only issue I have is the cost of the repair which to me seems to be expensive. I understand companies like this have a lot of overhead. Unfortunately due to time constraints it is difficult to get a comparison of prices and of course we don't know what's wrong until someone looks at it. While I appreciate the high lev... read more
