Our unit started to act up at the end of the week, so we had to call over the weekend. Chaffee Air was very responsive by phone and the technician came the same day, and fixed the system.

This company is awesome! We had issues with our system on Sunday and the worker came out twice that day to make sure we were taken care of before he left. We also have bought 3 different units from this company and the employees were honest, trustworthy and respectful and gave us a great deal! We will not use anyone else.

Chaffee installed a replacement unit for our nearly 20 year contract old split system. The crew arrived as scheduled, treated out home with great care (drop cloths and shoe covers used without our asking), cleaned up the work areas in the attic and outdoors, and were professional and polite at all times. We felt price was right for the high quality unit installed. Highly recommend.
