Chaffee installed a replacement unit for our nearly 20 year contract old split system. The crew arrived as scheduled, treated out home with great care (drop cloths and shoe covers used without our asking), cleaned up the work areas in the attic and outdoors, and were professional and polite at all times. We felt price was right for the high quality unit installed. Highly recommend.

What can I say ...Chaffer Air has been who we've used for over 10 years now. We wouldn't think of calling anyone else. 1. They are very professional, honest and dependable. If your having a problem and you call a technician calls you back right away..we needed them yesterday 7/29/2021 as our air quit working and they were here within 30 minutes and had us running and back up within the hour. I am an extremely satisfied Chaffee Air customer. Mark Reynolds came to my home to give me an estimate and he explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was professional and did not use any sales tactics. I compared his quote with other I received and felt that *******, while not the cheapest, was definitely the best value. When I needed a whole new system in my older home, I did a lot of research and got multiple estimates, Chaffee Air was far the best in all areas. Very happy with my Trane unit and with Chaffee service.
