The installation team were all very courteous and professional. From Marks equipment recommendations to the completion of the install, everything went very well. I would greatly recommend Chaffee to anyone looking to have a new Trane system installed. They also helped me with replacing my water heater. Very good service in that aspect also. Two thumbs up.

My call to Chaffee Air was not like what I normally do. Usually I will shop around for different different companies, not just for price but more for ease of flow and knowledgeable ppl. With Mark I recieved both and the gentlemen that came out for the install were absolutely A+. Had a great experience with Chaffee Air. Our 20+ year old unit finally died and had to be replaced. I got estimates from 3 different companies. Not only did Chaffee have the most competitive quote, they were able to install it a week sooner than the others.
