We learned about Chaffee Air through Greg, Duncan. Our experience was wonderful. Greg was tremendously helpful and they got our unit running again until they could get the new unit installed. The installation crew (Roger, Duncan and David) were prompt, courteous and efficient as they got the new equipment installed. They were quiet, protected my floors and carpets and had everything done before I knew it! I would highly recommend this local company!

I ran across Chaffee Air years ago when we were going to have a Heat Pump installed and they came in with the best price. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Their techs are always willing to help you out with whatever HVAC issues you're having. One of the things I really like about them is they don't try to sell you unnecessary products. Chaffee Air was quick to respond and very helpful. They have a very fairbquote on a new unit and did a very neat job and were very accommodating to our requests and questions.

The people at Chaffee air were the best people!! I have tried many companies over the years and these guys are so knowledgeable, kind and diligent. So glad to finally have a reliable and trustworthy and reasonably priced HVAC company!! They came on a weekend so we wouldn't be hot for days. Treated us like family- so impressed and grateful!!

Called Chaffee air with an emergency and technicians were at my house in about am hour. Fixed my problem quickly and explained the service. Great experience.

Our unit started to act up at the end of the week, so we had to call over the weekend. Chaffee Air was very responsive by phone and the technician came the same day, and fixed the system.
