Excellent service on the A/C system repairing the problem and restoring the system to working order.
If I could give higher than five stars I definitely would because Chaffee HVA is the most professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, heat and air business in all of East Tennessee. I had an unusual issue with my system, and Chaffee would not give up until it was fixed, and I was completely satisfied. I don’t know what other businesses charge, but I felt like it was very reasonable and honest pricing. I would use no one but Chaffee for my heat and air needs.
Jason ***** did a super job in diagnosing and explaining the problem, in detail, with me. I would recommend his services to anyone, and would ask for his help again, if need be.

The entire staff has been professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. I decided to do a yearly maintenance plan, and I have not regretted it. The tech, Jason C. , took Extra time to give me advice on how to get the most out of my AC unit and save money. These guys are not salesman, they sincerely want to help. Great job.
I have called upon Chaffee HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical for all my HVAC needs in my old house and now in my current home. Today they replaced all the old damaged ductwork under my house. They also moved the air exchange to the hallway so that I wouldn't have to go into my crawl space to change the air filter anymore. Chaffee came to our rescue! A-1 came out to fix our tankless hot water heater and charged ***** A few days later, the hot water heater was leaking again. A-1 said it would be **** to fix. Called Chaffee and they came out within an hour. A-1 had not tightened the valve properly. Highly recommend Chaffee and use caution calling A-1.
