Highly recommend Chaffee for HVAC, electrical & plumbing work. We had Chaffee install a new bathtub and also install bathroom lighting and outdoor lighting. With the bathroom lighting, we needed to have a new exhaust fan installed in both bathrooms and requested they be vented through the roof to the outside. The technician arrived as scheduled and replaced the water heater within two hours. Cleanup was excellent.
