The install techs were not satisfied with the head unit and the way it was fastening to the install plate, so they went to the warehouse and brought back another. They also found a crack in the copper pipe and fixed that before pulling vacuum. They were both very nice and answered any and all questions I had.

I’ve been using Chaffee for almost 10 years now and have been very happy with the service. They’re always prompt, honest and professional. Very impressed with the servicemen at Chaffee. My wet ceiling turned out to be a pinhole leak in my copper water line. I made a call at about 9:00 a.m. Chris arrived at my place before noon. He was able to assess the problem and come up with a solution very quickly. Clearly, it was not his first day on the job.
