I am very thankful that Chaffee was able to repair what could’ve been a disastrous problem with my electrical outlet for my dryer. I bought a new dryer and the installation technician told me that they were something very wrong with the outlet and I need to get it fixed or there was a risk of fire. I called Chafee and promptly they came out and fixed it. The repair was somewhat expensive. Excellent service on the A/C system repairing the problem and restoring the system to working order.
If I could give higher than five stars I definitely would because Chaffee HVA is the most professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, heat and air business in all of East Tennessee. I had an unusual issue with my system, and Chaffee would not give up until it was fixed, and I was completely satisfied. I don’t know what other businesses charge, but I felt like it was very reasonable and honest pricing. I would use no one but Chaffee for my heat and air needs.
Jason ***** did a super job in diagnosing and explaining the problem, in detail, with me. I would recommend his services to anyone, and would ask for his help again, if need be.
