Absolutely the worst medical experience I’ve had in 61 years, I waited an hour and 45 minutes for the very rushed doctor to come in take one look at my hand and decide I needed x-rays waited another 20 minutes to be sent to x-ray, then another 30 minutes for the doctor to come in and really not explain anything just shoved a whole bunch of paper at me and sent me home with an anabiotic and aspirin,I will never ever use their service again stay away
i was just sitting in the waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes after being registered coughing with a mask on before the lady who registered me walked by and was like "wait they havent taken you back yet?" not sure why I thought this would be easier than setting up a last second appt with my pcp so I guess my bad.
The doctor there was rude and unprofessional. We will never go back there again
the worse, they wont treat a 5 yr old who had a fever of 104.4 all because of a balance... that goes to show what y'all are really for and it not to help people
listen to the patient and the 10+ year history they are giving you. dont just quote a textbook. I will never visit your facility again.
RecommendedBrought our 5 year old in for stitches last night and the PA and staff were amazing through the whole visit. We have been here many times and it has always been a great experience but they really went above and beyond to make this scary experience as least traumatic as possible for her.
