RecommendedPatient First is my primary care, so I always plan to see the same doctor. I have been seeing Dr. McGee for several years now and she ALWAYS takes care of me!
We waited for over 2 hours to see the Doctor. When Dr. Butler came in she was very dismissive. Did not listen to my daughter or I when I told her how much my daughters low intestine was hurting I had to TELL the Dr. To palpate her. Then the doctor barely touched her. She kept saying " in the interest of time" well we had been there over 2 hrs. RecommendedI read alot of negative remarks mostly ones where u should have gone to the hospital not patient first...my experience has always been a good one.they are my PCP and besides having to wait sometimes depending on when I go it's a very attentive and friendly place to go...I went in today for follow-up bloodwork but unfortunately it looks like everyone in Va beach is sick so I'll go during the week...The doctors schedules are all listed on the website so I always know he's there....I am very satisfied with their services..
RecommendedMy husband had been ill for a few days and has gotten worse. His primary care is closed on Saturdays so we decided to try patient first in Odenton. Amazing service from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. All the staff has a pleasant demeanor and very professional. Dr Billie Downing was exceptional. Will definitely go back.
