hardly anyone here and I've been waiting over an hour with a sick 3 year old who doesn't wasnt to be here to begin with.... I won't be coming back... EVER!!!
Over a three hour wait for a follow up appt and a printed prescription because they were out of stock. Never again. I would not recommend this place!
RecommendedI was rushed to the hospital yesterday from Patient First. All I can say is that this was by far the scariest thing that has ever happened to me. I was absolutely terrified. There was a blonde nurse that practically held my hand the whole time. She was quick and demonstrated outstanding knowledge of her field. She made my whole experience a little less scary and I owe her the world for that. Thank you.
Poor management and planning for patient care wait times and communication.
They sent my mom home with elevated blood pressure today without even checking her out. She was complaining about pressure on her left side& they did nothing but take her blood pressure. I did that at home. No EKG, nothing. So thanks for nothing patient first. Can’t wait for that bill to come in.
Avoid this location at all cost. Tonight my daughter was diagnosed with the flu at another facility, after going to this location Christ,as Eve for the same battery of test. The doctor was a quack, who could not even be understood. He and the nursing staff was terrible.
I am very disappointed. I am currently here now. Was brought back to a room an hour ago and still waiting. I just went and asked for an update since NO ONE has checked in on me. The girl said they are very busy, which I understand. However, if multiple staff members can stand around and talk about what they received for Christmas, at least have the courtesy to check on your patients. I won’t be back.
Been sitting here for over an hour on Christmas night. Was told they weren’t busy so why haven’t I been seen yet? Parking lot is empty. Ridiculous!
RecommendedMuch better experience that hospital emergency rooms that I have visited.
