Went in today for foot pain. It’s been so bad walking on it I almost want to bawl my eyes out(I have a high pain tolerance) took 2 hours to get an X-ray and told that I may have a small tissue sprain, if the pain is that bad they recommended crutches otherwise hobbling around would be my best bet. I opted for crutches, the doctor walks out says “I need crutches for a sprain!” And everyone starts laughing. Super unprofessional and probably won’t ever go back.
RecommendedWe were seen quickly and all of the staff treated our family well. Dr. Paver treated my boys. He listened to each of our concerns and went above and beyond to put us at ease. He even brought in popsicles for all 3 of our kids (only 2 were being seen). This will be our location of choice from here on out. Thank you Patient Care staff.
RecommendedStaff is very pleasant, facility is clean, easy check in, I was triaged within minutes and ushered into an exam room, however it’s been over an hour and still haven’t seen the physician, been in the exam room for an hour and still waiting 😲😮😩
Brought my 4 year old in, waited 2 hours to be seen... they let us leave with the diagnosis of "UTI" ... but guess what? We ended up in the hospital the same night & she actually had the flu!! 🙃🙃🙃
RecommendedI love the Springfield location! I don’t really have a primary care Dr here in Delco, so I usually go to Patient First for minor concerns. I’ve been there three times in the last year and always had a great experience. All the employees that I’ve met- registration, lab techs, nurses and Drs have been friendly and helpful. Also, the wait time has been less than 30 mins (and I’ve been there mid day weekends and Monday!). Thank you Patient First!
