I called to make sure they could take care of a deep split lip and they said Yes so, my husband took my son to have his deep, bleeding split lip checked out. When they got in the nurse took a quick look, gave him paper towels and left. They waited for almost 2 hours with him bleeding and in pain. The nurses were dancing and joking around outside my sons room. RecommendedHad to go here twice in one week for a physical I needed for nursing school and both visits everyone was so friendly and helpful! From the ladies working at the front desk to the nurses and the doctors, everyone was so pleasant! Will definitely be returning in the future if I ever need to use an urgent care again!

waited 2 1/2 hours and all the doctor did was listen to my chest. been coughing up Green stuff. This isn't the 1st time. In December I had chest trays and they said I dinner have anything then 2 days later I get a phone call..oops sorry we found something in your xray. need to come back for antibiotics.
The nurse that was attending me in the room was unprofessional with smart remarks about the x-rays and ankle. If you don’t want to work and do your job then stay home. Never got a timetable of how long my ankle is going to be injured for and how serious the injury is.
My 4 year old was prescribed the wrong medication for her ear infection. After 3 days, it spread to the other ear and her fever spiked. We were also rushed through our appointment. I will not bring my kids back.
Was on hold 30 min to speak to a nurse dr wasn’t very friendly seemed like he was being bothered when I asked a ? Very very rude in my eyes nurse was rude
