RecommendedWe have been using Patient First for years and most our experiences have been good. Last night I took my 8 year-old son in and I just wanted to saw how awesome the male nurse we had was. I wish I had gotten his name. We have had him a few times now and he is always in a great mood. He was so kind with my son last night and it just made him more comfortable. I hope this gets back to that nurse. A big thank you from the little boy with the "bling" and wanted to save his lifesaver candy. We appreciate all you do.
go to you own doctor or ER don't owe them money that will not see you and expect to collect full amount not even offer a settlement 20 year old bill and don't even remember going there

Received very nasty treatment from a "nurse" named Katrina. Try Velocity or MDExpress where you can be treated as a human being and with respect.

Took my husband in to be seen, the front desk was completely unprepared to deal with the new year and the fact that everyone doesn’t have their new insurance cards already. The front desk was completely unwilling to help us even though we had our policy number and group number for our new insurance. This location will be the last place I choose to take anyone in my family in the future.
Been here over two hours. The nurse who took our vitals said give them about 20 minutes before the doctor comes in the room due to a flu swab being done. Now we are still sitting and waiting not one person has come in to check in. All the employees are constantly on phone or gossiping about something. Do not recommend. Fast forward, confirmed flu but can’t give medication due to it being more than 48 hours.
I checked in at the front computer and sat down to wait. I never left the waiting room. After waiting for over an hour and not being called to finish checking in, I questioned the front desk staff. She informed me that someone on the other side of the room called my name and no one responded so they took me off the list and the only thing I could do is check back in.
