Worst Nightmare Worst Customer Service I’ve been with Patient First since year 2015, I always did my Check ups, Vaccines and Lab works at Indian River Branch. Last December 3, 2019 early in the morning I experienced chest pain so I drove myself to Patient First Indian River Branch and Dr.Beverly Roberts is my attending Physician, she did everything well, my Blood Pressure went up 220/140 (Stroke Alert) She issued me a Letter to excuse from work 12-03-2019 to 12-06-2019 due to my hypertension condition. Having gone to this Patient First for years, I was very disappointed to have not one, but two doctors that did not listen and even worse, did not seem to care about what I was saying. Went somewhere else. Got what my body needed and sinus infection is in check. I won’t be back. Neal Steele
My copay is $30 but they charged $100... The establishment said we charge what we want because we are private... Call my insurance company and they said they can do this in order to secure money until the explanation of benefits comes out... My insurance said you can refuse to pay but they can also refuse to treat you... A coworkers wife was charged our normal copay a week prior... Don’t go here because copay doesn’t matter to them they charge what they feel like charging...

Waiting room was empty, put me in a room and I waited and waited and waited ! Unbelievable! Staff was courteous but that’s not worth the wait !
First of all many who came in after me went in first. Then I was diagnosed with bronchitis and no antibiotics. I will not waste my time or money there again. Now I will have to see my real physician tomorrow. I am done.
