Used to be much quicker. What would have taken less than an hour before staff change now takes over 2 hours
Went with my son at 9:14 at night. Was told it would be at least a 2 hour wait--they were "super busy." EXCEPT, there was one person int he waiting area--when I looked around, the receptionist, said, "oh, they're all in the back--super busy." "You should probably come back tomorrow morning." So, we left. As we were walking out, I noted 5 staff members, two in front, three we could see in the back, sitting around and laughing. Hubby came in for a drug test for a new job. 1. They wanted him to pay for it. 2. They were to fast track it but didn't and we sat there for almost 2 hours. Something that should have only taken 30 mins. And they weren't busy either.
Always quick service and the staff is very friendly. I don't even go to my PCP anymore.
