we have waited well over a hr with 9 month old with a 102 fever and know one has looked at him other then nurse. we did get a hold of the un call doctor for his regular doctor and this is where theu told us to come. Never again will I come here all the nurses and doctors our standing in the middle and there is no other patients here.
Told me I had a small stye in my eye and ended up being MRSA.🥴🥴🥴
We have been using Patient First for years and most our experiences have been good. Last night I took my 8 year-old son in and I just wanted to saw how awesome the male nurse we had was. I wish I had gotten his name. We have had him a few times now and he is always in a great mood. He was so kind with my son last night and it just made him more comfortable. I hope this gets back to that nurse. A big thank you from the little boy with the "bling" and wanted to save his lifesaver candy. We appreciate all you do.
I am very disappointed. I am currently here now. Was brought back to a room an hour ago and still waiting. I just went and asked for an update since NO ONE has checked in on me. The girl said they are very busy, which I understand. However, if multiple staff members can stand around and talk about what they received for Christmas, at least have the courtesy to check on your patients. I won’t be back.
Brought our 5 year old in for stitches last night and the PA and staff were amazing through the whole visit. We have been here many times and it has always been a great experience but they really went above and beyond to make this scary experience as least traumatic as possible for her.

Only ofter sitting through the complete and thorough interrogation signing in, I was advised I had no other choice but to leave an authorized credit card for them to charge the difference between what my insurance covered and what the actual charge was. Second rate doctors and second rate care. If you have the misfortune of a claim being denied by your insurance company because one of the staff used the wrong code, they will bill your credit card for the full amount of the visit. And after you do get that mess cleared up, it will take 4 months to get a refund, from the time the insurance company sent payment.
I try to go to my PCP whenever possible but sometimes it’s just not convenient and it’s getting harder and harder to be seen by my PCP for a sick appointment. I’ve had two great experiences with Patient First this year. The staff is very friendly and the wait was shorter than the usual wait at my PCP office! The PA I saw today was very personable and thorough. And I left with a prescription. No waiting around at the pharmacy! I recommend!
I have come here several times and have always had fairly quick and thorough service. They are not only for emergency services, but also can be your primary doctors.
