Never seen a place NOT put the Patient First (as their name implies). Took my 6 year old in because she is still coughing and having rattling sounds from a MONTH AGO when they saw her for this and told us it was just an upper respritory infection and it would go away on its own. They turned her away because of a billing error THEY made. They refused to treat my child because they improperly billed our insurance and even tho I disputed it twice (no notes of course). Went to the hospital and an xray and a breathing treatment l... read more

We were there over two hours for a sore throat. It was over lunch and we could smell the food. I guess everyone went on break and left the patients waiting.

They were nice and friendly, but, I went there to save money and time, they could not diagnose the problem except to say it may be a big problem and send me to ER. It turned our to be a simple thing and ended up costing me more than it should have. Plus I ended up spending a full day between the two places.

My son needed x-rays for his arm. They didn't have the ability to cast the break, so I still needed to go to the ER. They put a removable cast on him upside down (the part they put against his skin literally has written on it to NOT put that side against the skin). Geesh. Also felt like we were "bothering" the physician by asking clarifying questions. Since the ER copay is the same as this place, I'd rather just suck it up and go to the ER first. They couldn't do anything anyway. ☹️

I just left there with my daughter and I was so impressed with the service. Lizzie in the front was very friendly and then Dennis, who is the Nursing Assistant when you go back has the perfect personality for working with people of all ages. Lastly, Paul, the Physician's Assistant had bedside manner which is refreshing in this day and age of computerized medicine. Way to go, Patient First Jonestown Rd!

My 4 year old had a horrible cough and was wheezing. It was 6 pm and the pediatrician's office was closed. Took him to Patient First on Rte 22 and I am so glad I did. They took us back right away, took a chest X-ray, did blood work and confirmed that my baby had the onset of pneumonia and we caught it. His lungs had infection in them and his white blood cells were showing a turn! If I would've waited til the pediatrician's office opened the next day, my poor kid may have had to be hospitalized. The treated us super great and... read more
