The staff is wonderful however, today I was called by a gentleman telling me my daughters glasses were ready and I politely asked him to check on my glasses and my fiancé’s glasses so that I only had to make one trip. He was nice and said sure. After being on hold for a few seconds a woman came one the phone and said harshly “IS THIS AMANDA?” I said yes, she said you just ordered your contacts on Friday so they are not in yet. Not only was Rhonda Thurmond not wearing a mask during a global pandemic, but she tried to shame me for wearing one during my visit and tried to get me to remove my mask. She also went on bizarre conspiracy theory rants about how vaccines are dangerous and I would be stupid to get one, Bill Gates is killing children in Africa, and 5G cell phone signals are frying our brains.
