First I’ll say that the optometrist was absolutely amazing with my 7 year old son. He had plenty of patience with him even though he wanted to touch all of the tools to check his vision. The front desk staff was helpful with looking at their large variety of glasses in office. They didn’t have the Ray Bans we wanted for my son, so Ange ordered them off of the website for him and had them delivered to their office which was nice. Went for an eye exam and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I have been putting it off for years and they made it painless. I will be back next year because of the convenience of location.
I have been going to Chattanooga Eyecare for several years, and my children do as well. It's always a pleasant, easy experience, wait time is brief and the prescriptions are right on point. I definitely recommend them!
The optometrist was great! Friendly and thorough. He listened and gave me great options and advice. My contacts feel better than they have in years! However, the front office staff was rude from the beginning so I did not buy glasses because I did not want to work with them.
Enjoyed meeting Dr. Sechler at my husband’s recommendation. Chattanooga Eyecare’s location is soooo convenient; frames selection extensive and reasonably priced. Ange Roth measured me and helped me pick frames. I chose the essilor ultimate lens package at her recommendation and got sunglasses too. With their help, my vision is the best it’s been since I started wearing glasses some 53 years ago! Thank you!
Chattanooga Eyecare lost two patients today. I will not be back. Worst customer service and rudeness from the office manager!!! A claim for my daughter was filled with the wrong insurance carrier - error made on providers side and an unwillingness to correct and file a paper claim will cost my full time student $159 for a visit that should have had a $5 co-pays. I have never received an email with such rudeness in language and unwillingness to help especially when the filing error was on their end. Shame on you to the office... read more
