Chattanooga Eyecare staff refuses to provide patients their PD. I can only assume this is to negate clients buying glasses elsewhere, but ultimately this is a huge disservice, and frankly ridiculous choice for their business to make. I have had one eye exam there, and felt the care I received was adequate, but as far as I'm concerned, pupillary distance is a piece of my prescription. I go to Chattanooga eye care for my contacts and glasses and always have a great experience. I went today with an irritated eye and was so pleased with the above and beyond service. The Dr knew exactly what I was trying to describe to him and instantly made it feel better with drops and left me with clear instructions for treatment. He wrote me a prescription and even gave me a discount card for the item in case my insurance didn’t cover it....which ended up saving me $60!
