Chattanooga Eyecare staff refuses to provide patients their PD. I can only assume this is to negate clients buying glasses elsewhere, but ultimately this is a huge disservice, and frankly ridiculous choice for their business to make. I have had one eye exam there, and felt the care I received was adequate, but as far as I'm concerned, pupillary distance is a piece of my prescription.
