I got my truck 6 months ago pre-owned and the guy who sold me the truck told it's GM certified and I can get 2 free oil changes and I can go to any GMC. When I get to the location in Plano they told me I don't have the free oil changes and I called back to the sherman location and not only that they didn't tell me it was for new cars only but the guy who told me this isn't there anymore and I asked for a manager and they tell me he's there but not available.. recommend don't buy anything from there. We hadn't planned on getting our oil changed this day(Saturday), but ended up deciding to go ahead and get it done while we were out running errands. Andrew got us right in. He and Chris were great to work with and super friendly. They were very knowledgable and and helped us with another situation with my car. They treated us like family. Highly recommend this place.

Took my Denali to have a couple small things repaired they gave me a rental to make sure I could get to and from school activities with my kiddos and they made sure to keep me updated on the progress of my repairs absolutely the best dealership service center in north Texas !
Andrew in the service department was so courteous and professional. I loved how he was willing to locate any part i wanted for my Tuscany truck. I felt like he went out of his way for me. I will definitely shop with these guys again because of him! Thank you Andrew!
