I had two issues with an extended warranty that I purchased through them and still have a problem with a vehicle. Spoke to the financial manager who I asked to have the general manager call me. Three weeks later no phone calls. Made 5 more phone calls to the finance manager and still no phone calls. Finally called the general manager and left a message. Took my daughters trade in car on a new Encore -she’s had it almost 3 weeks now and apparently the financing was never completely finalized by Willy the finance person. Now he is calling harassing her and her references with questions that GM Finance needs. She has given them everything except blood to do this deal. Who gives you a new car and then threatens to take it back 3 weeks later because THEY did not do their jobs? Also where is her old car & title? Lawyer will be involved next. Cavender's GMC West Service department is the WORST. Just like others on the forum I was given a quote for much less that what I was charged. Then my vehicle was at the dealership for a total of 17 weeks. Brian Helm Service Manager (now acting Director) blames everyone and everything and refuses to service the vehicle.
