i'm a first time buyer and i was able to get financed without a co-signer, big plus for me since other dealerships wouldn't. tim in sales was understanding and patient. andrew in service dept. was very helpful when an issue arose shortly after purchase. kept me informed on what was being done. gotta love warranties, took a huge load off my shoulders. car was in and out within 2 days. i appreciate what they were able to do for me when others wouldn't. hope to return in the future. thank you !
The service manager, Scott McDonald, at Parkway GMC is a stand up guy. He went and above and beyond to make sure his customer was happy and taken care of and makes sure his team is the best it can be. I would highly recommend to anyone.
