RecommendedGreat place to purchase a vehicle!
I don’t recommend anything about this dealership. Awful customer service from sales all the way to management. Won’t own up their mistakes, the MANAGER John called my husband the wrong name, on top of other mistakes made because of trying to rush a deal.
RecommendedVictoria is Amazing, I felt so comfortable around her. Her personality is Professional and at the same time Spunky, which made me feel at ease. Great Sales Lady. Now for the Finance Guys Ricky Thomas and Gregg Rosas worked their Magic. Within the short time we were there, I for the First time drove out of there in a Beautiful 2018 GMC Arcadia. RecommendedMy wife and I bought a new 2019 Yukon Denali at Liberty GMC last year. The entire process was absolutely perfect. We have had the vehicle in twice , once for service and today to correct a minor warranty item. Service Consultant Jim Sepe handled our visit both times. And did so perfectly. We highly recommend requesting that Jim Sepe be your consultant. Finally, we did not know Jim before purchasing this vehicle so this review is purely based upon our experience.
Got a new truck in 2017 and it was nice. 3 years into the transmission goes out. This truck is a family vehicle. It’s have never seen work in its life. It has never pulled anything. GM nor this dealership is willing to help. I would not recommend buying a truck for this place. I was told I would have to come out of pocket to repair the transmission.
