Didn’t bother to listen how I wanted to do my purchase instead they wanted to run my credit and not even include my co-signer, when I told them I know I’m not going to get the interest rate I need. Then proceeded to try and put me in a 1500 when I needed a 2500HD. Overall bad experience, but good news James wood gmc in Denton got me in a 2500HD at the interest rate I needed with my co signer and gave me what I needed for my trade in. bought a used car for our granddaughter on 8-16-2018 and here we are 57 days later and still do not have my title and registration for the car. I have made a few calls in the last couple of weeks and keep getting excuses as to why they can't produce them.
