This review is regarding the staff at the Pre-owed Divison. We would like to that Tony and Ricky for excellent, friendly and professional customer service! Clayton and Kasandra
After a four day beat down of truck shopping in the entire DFW metroplex, we thankfully landed at Parkway Buick GMC. The sales guys deal honestly, made the process so quick and easy, and entertaining too. Ricky, Jackie, Shane and Paul are the bomb! I recommend that everyone save themselves some time and START your search at Parkway! Happy to report I’m officially a ford girl turned dodge girl!
Great service, easy to deal with. Ricky really took care of us!!
Go see Nate Meyerson he's first class and Parkway was a great experience. Good people to work with!

While 2 other dealerships told me that they in no way could or would help me, parkway did! I was in my new car 2 days after coming in, after they found the vehicle I wanted EXACTLY to my specifications. Jimmy is AMAZING!!
Parkway Buick is outright the best customer service I have experienced when buying my vehicle! Whatever you are looking for they will find it for you and assure you are taken care of! Go see Ricky & Shane 🙌🏽🚗💰
If you are looking for a vehicle I recommend Ricky & Shane in Pre-Own. Great guys with great deals!
