The service from the service dept is horrible. They loose things or break things on your vehicle and then want to charge you for their screw up!
mejor servicio hablan español e inglés muy atentos y muy serviciales y mejores precios
Had a great experience at Parkway. Called first and spoke directly to Calvin Reed, told him what I was looking for and he had it ready to go when I got there. Told him what my expectations were as far as monthly payments and what features I wanted on the truck and he met all my expectations. Ask for Calvin when you go, he will take care of you
Sales Reps helpful and friendly. Willing to Go above and beyond. Get you your vehicle ordered how you want.
Friendly Staff, with two girls running around they were beyond patient and very attentitive to the transition to a new vehicle...Highly recommend!
First time purchasing a used car from Parkway Buick GMC. I highly recommend this dealership and Calvin Reed our pre-owned salesman was top notch! We enjoyed working with him and there was no pressure at all! If you need a car go see Calvin Reed you will be glad you did! We actually enjoyed the entire car buying experience, it was quite refreshing and we would purchase from Calvin again!
